ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Pragmatike is partnering with a venture-backed AI company building one of the most ambitious collaboration products in artificial intelligence.

Backed by leading investors including Spark Capital, Felicis, Y Combinator, Day One Ventures, and prominent technology founders and operators, the company is defining a new category of AI-native collaboration software. Their flagship product is transforming how teams think, create, and work together by combining human intelligence and AI in entirely new ways.

We're looking to speak with former founders, particularly those who have built and scaled venture-backed startups, who are eager to apply their entrepreneurial experience within a fast-growing company that is still early enough for every individual to have outsized impact.

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious builders who have experienced the realities of startup life, learned valuable lessons from both successes and setbacks, and remain motivated to help create something category-defining.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work directly with founders and senior leadership on high-priority company initiatives.
• Help shape product strategy, technical direction, growth initiatives, or operational execution based on your strengths and background.
• Take ownership of critical projects that directly influence company growth and product success.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, go-to-market, and leadership functions.
• Identify opportunities, solve ambiguous problems, and drive execution from idea to outcome.
• Contribute to the development of AI-native products used by rapidly growing teams and organizations.
• Bring a founder mindset to decision-making, prioritization, and company building.
• Help establish processes, systems, and strategies that support long-term scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous founder or co-founder experience, ideally within a venture-backed startup environment.
• Strong track record of building products, teams, systems, or businesses from the ground up.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across functions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and the future of intelligent software.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience participating in accelerator programs such as Y Combinator.
• Background in software engineering, product management, growth, operations, or go-to-market leadership.
• Experience building AI-powered products, developer tools, SaaS platforms, or collaboration software.
• Track record of scaling teams, products, or businesses through periods of rapid growth.
• Experience working alongside founders and executive teams in high-growth startup environments.
