This is an early-career sales opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career at the intersection of institutional finance and digital assets.
As a Sales Associate at Talos, you will work closely with senior Sales and Solutions colleagues across the full deal lifecycle - from initial outreach and qualification through to solutioning, trials, and close. You will develop strong product expertise, gain a deep understanding of institutional trading workflows, and contribute directly to pipeline generation and deal execution.
Talos operates a structured, consultative sales environment. This role is well-suited to someone who is organized, intellectually curious, and motivated to understand how markets and trading infrastructure function.
A key component of this role is supporting Talos’ expansion across continental Europe, with a particular focus on French-speaking markets. As such, fluency in French is a core requirement, enabling effective communication with clients, local market participants, and internal stakeholders as the business scales its regional presence.
We are primarily considering candidates based in London and the Netherlands, although other European locations may also be considered for the right individual.
Talos operates a systematic, consultative sales process built around a simple principle: listen first, sell second. We take the time to understand a client's workflows, constraints, and goals before positioning a solution. We sell what we have - with deep product mastery and honest conversations about what's on the roadmap and what isn't.
We maintain a balanced pipeline across focus segments, use Salesforce rigorously to track progress, and hand off every closed deal with a documented account plan so the relationship starts on solid footing from day one.
