We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic, and results-driven Sales Manager based in Singapore . In this role, you will take ownership of business development and revenue growth for the Singaporean and regional markets. You will be responsible for selling high-value, complex Enterprise SaaS solutions (ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain software) to enterprise-level retailers. The ideal candidate is an aggressive "Hunter" who can comfortably navigate corporate boardrooms, understand complex retail workflows, and translate technical software capabilities into tangible business ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Enterprise Prospecting: Actively identify, map, and generate high-value leads within the enterprise retail, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand complex client operational challenges, supply chain bottlenecks, and unified commerce goals.
- Solution Architecture Partnership: Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams to craft, present, and pitch tailored AI-driven SaaS/ERP solutions to C-level stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date sales pipeline tracking and forecasting within the corporate CRM platform.
- Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business expansion opportunities within the region.
Requirements
- Identity: Singapore Citizen (Mandatory requirement due to local market defense and regulatory project standards).
- Experience: 3–5 years of solid, proven experience in B2B Tech Sales or SaaS Sales.
- Core Product Expertise: Demonstrated track record specifically in ERP, Unified Commerce, Supply Chain, or Retail CRM software sales (Strictly no general HRMS/Payroll sales backgrounds).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with cloud platforms, e-commerce integrations, modern retail software ecosystem, or the enterprise retail landscape.
- Soft Skills: Elite prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Mindset: Energetic, confident, highly resilient, and capable of operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
