Legal Resources and Commercial Documentation : monitors, reviews, implements, and maintains business-related legal resources and documents; contributes to growing the internal contracts and legal documents database across all service lines, with specific application to the China market and PRC regulatory environment:

Main services: EOR , Recruitment, Payroll

Ad hoc services: Mobility, Company Incorporation, etc.

And also partner relationships: ICP , CPA , and other vendors

Sales Support – T&Cs Redlining and Negotiation : supports Sales in redlining and negotiating T&Cs across all service levels, including focus on providing legal input calibrated to Chinese counterparty expectations and negotiation dynamics

Intermediary – China and Overseas Law Firm Partners : supports intermediary discussions between the China team and in-country overseas law firm partners; ensures accurate and effective transmission of legal instructions and feedback across jurisdictions and languages

Cross-Border Internal Collaboration : supports teammates and applicable vendors and law firms based overseas on China-related commercial and legal matters; bridges regulatory, linguistic, cultural and operational gaps

Cross-Team Support – Partners and Vendors T&Cs : Reviews partners' and vendors' business T&Cs at cross-team level, with attention to China-specific risk exposure

Commercial Documents – Preparation and Revision : prepares, reviews, and revises commercial-related documents (T&Cs, DPA , etc.) applicable to China-facing transactions; flags conflicts and risks

Clients and Partners Collaboration : collaborates with Sales and Infrastructure teams; participates in meetings (video and face-to-face) to support trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and partners

Legal Documents and Knowledge Base – Review and Improvement : participate in the review and improvement of legal documents, including online T&Cs and internal knowledge base (Q&A, FAQ, how-to, etc.)

Training and Guidance : prepares and organize training modules and guidance memos on a range of legal topics

Legislative and Regulatory Monitoring : conducts research and monitors local changes in applicable laws and regulations; foresees potential risks; communicates and implements relevant legal documents accordingly

Autonomous Legal Judgment : provides expertise and practical advice on China commercial matters; escalates where appropriate; navigates dual-system complexity ( PRC law requirements alongside non- PRC governing law in commercial agreements)

Legal Expertise – Practical Advice : strong decision-making and organizational skills, across multiple jurisdictions, with great attention to details and discipline, and with ability to provide expertise and practical advice, including on contractual interpretation and negotiation strategy

Proactive Risk Management : proactively counsels with anticipation to quickly adapt approaches to manage risks and mitigate issues before they arise

Cross-Border and Cross-Functional Collaboration : collaborates with cross-functional teams using communication skills and legal expertise to resolve issues; bridges legal, linguistic, and cultural differences between the China team, clients and partners and overseas teammates, law firm partners, and clients

Collaboration with stakeholders : strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, with ability to engage in a collaborative advisory capacity using communication skills and legal expertise

PRC Law Expertise : demonstrates working knowledge of PRC Labor Contract Law; familiarity with PIPL , conciliation and arbitration mechanisms in China, and EOR industry regulation is an asset
