⭐ Role Overview
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving Lodgify’s financial performance by leading core FP&A and controlling responsibilities such as business planning, forecasting, and monthly closings.
This role has a strong focus on Headcount and Salaries Planning, team structure optimization, and providing strategic financial support to operational teams.
You will report directly to the Head of FP&A, work closely with the C-suite, and partner cross-functionally with People, Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, CS, R&D, as well as other other business teams.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Act as a financial business partner to various departments, promoting financial discipline and driving operational efficiency.
- Own and continuously improve our financial planning and controlling processes: Business Plans, Rolling Forecasts, Monthly Closings , and Investor Reporting .
- Lead Headcount and Salaries Planning , collaborating closely with the People team to analyze compensation, payroll, team structures, and workforce-related KPIs.
- Support organizational design and workforce optimization, helping the business scale in a capital-efficient way.
- Maintain and update financial models, reports, and internal dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate information is available.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and actionable insights to support strategic decisions across teams.
- Support the development of financial frameworks that help guide resource allocation and prioritization.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A roles, ideally within the SaaS environment
- Advanced Excel skills and solid command of MS Office; familiarity with financial systems and databases is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to see the detail and the big picture.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex tasks.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
