Commissioning Manager - Solar PV - KSA

We are hiring an experienced COMMISSIONING MANAGER for our reputed Company in Saudi Arabia.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Lead and manage end-to-end testing & commissioning of Solar PV plants (utility-scale preferred)
• ✔ Oversee grid synchronization activities in coordination with utility authorities
• ✔ Ensure compliance with grid codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• ✔ Conduct performance testing, validation, and acceptance procedures
• ✔ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases
• ✔ Coordinate with engineering, construction, and O&M teams for seamless execution
• ✔ Review and approve commissioning procedures, reports, and documentation
• ✔ Manage commissioning schedules, resources, and subcontractors
• ✔ Ensure adherence to HSE policies and quality standards

🔹 Required Skills & Expertise

• ✔ Strong experience in Solar PV commissioning projects (utility-scale preferred)
• ✔ Proficiency in ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, and SCADA systems
• ✔ In-depth understanding of grid compliance, protection systems & power system studies
• ✔ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• ✔ Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• ✔ Ability to handle multi-disciplinary coordination in a fast-paced environment
• ✔ Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
