Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or a related role.
  • Experience within an MSP or IT services environment.
  • Experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable ticketing or CRM platforms.
  • Experience handling client communication on open tickets.
  • Experience triaging ticket urgency with technical teams.
  • Experience keeping leadership updated on service issues.
  • Experience answering calls and serving as the first point of contact for clients.
