About the Role

Our client is a US-based company with an office in Surabaya , and they are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale their marketing initiatives targeting the US market. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership end-to-end—from strategy and campaign planning to execution and team leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels
• Lead growth and brand exposure initiatives, primarily through social media and digital marketing
• Develop ideas and campaigns focused on increasing exposure, engagement, and audience growth
• Build, manage, and oversee the marketing team and workflows
• Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling
• Collaborate closely with the US team and report directly to Kevin
• Contribute strong copywriting, positioning, and messaging ideas aligned with the target audience
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure smooth campaign execution
