About the Team

The Corporate Operations team is dedicated to the continuous development and resilience of our

internal systems and physical office infrastructure. Working cross-functionally with all

departments, we are an engineering-focused team providing the foundational "product" that

enables our employees to work securely from anywhere. We are the architects and orchestrators

that ensure our identity perimeter, device fleet, and office connectivity work together seamlessly.

The Role

As the Senior Manager of Corporate Operations, you will have the opportunity to architect and

lead the technical strategy for our internal corporate ecosystem. We are looking for a strategic

leader passionate about scaling internal systems, specifically Identity and Access Management

(IAM) via Okta, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and global Infrastructure (Network/AV).

If you enjoy leading high-performing engineering teams and solving complex, systemic

problems to build a frictionless employee experience, this role is for you. You will be

responsible for translating high-level IT strategy into actionable engineering roadmaps while

ensuring the security and reliability of our 100% cloud-native environment. You will work

closely with Workplace, People (HR), Legal, and Security to ensure continuity and operational

excellence across all physical and virtual corporate environments.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Oversee the annual technical roadmap for the Systems and Infrastructure engineering teams, prioritizing projects based on business impact and technical risk.
  • Act as an operational auditor to identify manual "toil" and guide the team toward API- driven automation for the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Security on the internal incident response framework, leading blameless post-mortems and driving long-term corrective actions for system outages.
  • Act as the lead technical liaison for Workplace and HR on large-scale initiatives such as office buildouts, global connectivity standards, and Device Trust implementations.
  • Review and vet architecture designs for Okta workflows, MDM policy changes, and network security configurations to ensure they scale.
  • Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with critical SaaS vendors and ISPs to ensure best-in-class service and redundancy.
  • Direct management and mentorship of the engineering staff, focusing on career growth and technical standards.

Our Vision for You

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in IT Engineering, with at least 3 years in a formal leadership/management role.
  • Proven experience in a 100% cloud-native environment with zero on-prem footprint.
  • Expert-level experience managing Okta as an IdP (SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and Workflows) and knowledge of administering Google Workspace and Microsoft O365.
  • Deep knowledge of MDM systems (e.g., Jamf and Intune) and modern networking/physical security stacks (e.g., Meraki, Verkada).
  • Solid understanding of automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, APIs) to evaluate engineering designs.
  • Exceptional ability to document and author high-level technical strategies and departmental SOPs
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS company or high-growth startup is highly desirable. Ability to work well both independently and in teams, with extreme attention to detail.
