Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our spa facility, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. As a Spa Attendant, you'll play a vital role in creating a serene and rejuvenating experience for our members and guests, supporting all aspects of spa operations with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to all members and guests

Assist guests with facility navigation and direct them to their scheduled appointments

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to specified guidelines and sanitation standards

Operate and assist guests with the use of spa amenities, including saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and relaxation areas

Manage linen inventory, coordinating laundry services on a scheduled basis to ensure adequate supply

Maintain locker rooms in an organized and tidy manner while ensuring all amenities are properly stocked

Monitor facility cleanliness and report any equipment deficiencies or maintenance needs promptly

Demonstrate knowledge of all spa treatments and services to answer guest inquiries effectively

Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines

Remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented when addressing guest concerns or special requests

Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall spa operations

Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
High level of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to guest satisfaction
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in all situations
Physical stamina and capability to stand for extended periods throughout shifts
Strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols in spa environments
Flexibility with scheduling, including potential weekend and evening availability
Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Multilingual capabilities (Turkish and English) highly desirable for our Istanbul location
Knowledge of spa treatments, facilities, and wellness services preferred
