Your Impact

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success within a key and rapidly expanding segment of the North American market. You will act as a trusted advisor to mid-sized restaurant chains, helping them navigate operational complexities and achieve significant growth through our innovative digital ordering solutions. Your expertise in understanding customer needs and crafting tailored solutions will be instrumental in generating opportunities and closing new, high-value accounts.

Important Information

Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Toronto office once a month

The expected OTE for this role is between $130,000 CAD and $190,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Sign up your market's most important Mid-Market restaurants onto the Deliverect platform by managing the full sales cycle of commercial deals from first contact to contract signature.
  • Engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face visits to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of opportunities and diligently convert them into successful deals.
  • Conduct current state versus future state analyses to identify prospect needs and effectively demonstrate Deliverect's value.
  • Handle objections with resilience and strategic thinking throughout the sales cycle to maximize closing probability.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to channel their leads through your sales funnel and bring them to activation readiness.
  • Perform a smooth handover of newly signed clients to the Implementation Consultants team to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Consistently apply our CRM processes to ensure clear communication, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.

What you will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Preferably experienced working with mid-market or enterprise merchants in the restaurant sector.
  • Demonstrable experience with a predominantly outbound sales model, successfully selling complex solutions to C-suite and other key decision-makers.
  • A fast learner, with a strong technical inclination - comfortable diving into the world of restaurant digital ordering, APIs, custom integrations, and uses deep product knowledge as a key tool for securing business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A good listener who also has the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and collaborative environment, demonstrating high motivation, independence, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. Fluency in French is a plus.
