Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning and organizing travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
Research destinations and provide recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals
Coordinate itineraries and ensure travel details are accurate and well organized
Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
Maintain detailed records of travel bookings, confirmations, and client communications
Provide support to travelers before and during their trips as needed
Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
Ensure clients receive clear travel details and itinerary information prior to departure

Qualifications
