Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management:  take ownership of drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, terms and conditions and aviation‑related agreements with clients, suppliers and airlines across multiple jurisdictions
- Legal advice:  provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on international commercial, operational and regulatory matters. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, clearly identifying risks and helping the business reach practical solutions.
- Mailbox management:  manage and respond to queries via the shared Legal mailbox, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent support to global stakeholders
- Company secretarial matters : support global governance and company secretarial matters, including routine filings and maintenance of corporate records
- Data privacy : assist with cross‑border data privacy matters, including reviewing data processing agreements and supporting internal privacy compliance
- Disputes and litigation : support and coordinate the management of disputes and litigation, including preparing concise reports for senior leadership
- Process management : contribute to the development of legal processes, guidance, templates and playbooks to improve consistency and efficiency across the department
Educational Qualification : Qualification in law from a reputed institute. Qualification in French law will be advantageous.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French , with the ability to advise confidently in both languages
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office and Google Workspace)
- Strong contract drafting skills

- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- A practical, solutions driven mindset with the ability to translate legal analysis into clear business guidance
Work Experience : Minimum of 3 years’ commercial legal experience, with prior in‑house experience strongly preferred. Proven experience in handling international commercial contracts and a broad range of legal matters. Experience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous: commercial law, corporate governance, company secretarial work, data privacy or litigation support. Aviation industry experience is advantageous. Exposure to the bids process and experience using contract management or legal tech systems is beneficial.
