Job Title: Inbound Sales Specialist (Remote)
Overview
Protera Health, a fast-growing digital health company, is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to help patients access our innovative musculoskeletal (MSK) care platform. This fully remote role is ideal for a driven professional focused on converting inbound inquiries and leads into new patient enrollment through excellent service and high-touch communication in a technology-forward healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound phone calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective patients and leads
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge to address patient questions and concerns about our MSK care platform
- Guide patients through the digital signup and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Consistently follow up with inbound leads to maximize patient conversion and enrollment rates
- Diligently document all inbound interactions, lead status, and opportunities in Salesforce
- Achieve or surpass performance metrics and conversion targets specific to inbound sales
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service, preferably in a healthcare, health-tech, or digital services environment
- Demonstrated experience using Salesforce CRM (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inbound leads simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote setting
- Empathetic approach and passion for helping others achieve better healthcare outcomes
