We are looking for a highly organized and proactive online sales team assistant to support our dynamic e-commerce team. This role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Your Mission

• Provide administrative and operational support to the online sales teams
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets , and basic documentation
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Track and follow up on tasks and deadlines to support the team’s efficiency
• Monitor and organize files, shared drives, and documentation for ongoing projects

What you should bring with you

• Proven experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordinator role
• Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to multitask under pressure
• Good to have experience in Graphic Design/Image Editing
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment
• Good command of MS Excel/Google sheets and digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Trello, or project management software)
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Fluent in English communication
