IT Engineer

About the Role

As an IT Engineer (P3), you sit at the core of CaptivateIQ’s technology and workforce enablement services. You will own the deployment, administration, and reliability of our internal IT systems, hardware, and SaaS tools, coordinate incident response for IT outages, and serve as an escalation point for complex support issues. You’ll partner closely with Security, People, Finance, and Engineering to deliver a secure, smooth, and scalable IT experience.

This is an experienced individual contributor role for someone who enjoys a blend of hands-on operations, automation, and cross‑functional project work, and who is comfortable owning key objectives and driving them to completion.
