The Associate Human Resources Business Partner (Associate HRBP) serves as a trusted resource to employees and managers by supporting employee relations matters, leave administration, accommodations, and day-to-day HR operations. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive employee experience while ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and values.
The Associate HRBP will primarily own Tier 1 employee relations matters and support Tier 2 issues. This role works closely with managers and employees to provide guidance, support workplace investigations, navigate employee concerns, and coordinate leave and accommodation processes.
The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, empathetic, and capable of handling sensitive situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality.

At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay between $80,000 - $100,000. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
