Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for an Overlay Sales Specialist to join our team. The Overlay Sales Specialist drives revenue growth by cross-selling and upselling Dodge Construction Network products into an existing book of accounts. Working primarily with small-to-medium businesses, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and other commercial construction verticals, this specialist uncovers unmet needs, demonstrates value, and expands customer relationships before renewal risk appears. This is a hunter-within-the-base role: part consultant, part closer.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the VP, SMB Account Management.
This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered.
As needed for face-to-face account meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
Previous CRM or order management system experience.

Dodge Construction Network’s compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped variable incentive plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
