As a Mobile Repair Technician, you’ll be hands-on diagnosing and repairing mobile devices while meeting manufacturer quality standards and performance goals. Your first 90 days will be focused on getting certified, building confidence across devices, and hitting repair benchmarks—all while working alongside a collaborative, supportive team.

Meet repair quality, volume, and turnaround time KPIs, especially during your first 90 days.

Earn and keep current on certifications for device manufacturers as needed, staying current with technology, procedures, and trainings

Ability to consistently produce 80+ quality mobile repairs per work week and during periods of high volume

Ability to push, pull, and lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis
-
Maintain a clean and organized work station to manufacturer and organization standards

Repair devices across Apple iOS and Android ecosystems, according to requirements, using hand or power tools

Resolve issues with manufacturer’s internal service teams, requiring verbal and written communication

Keep track of devices and parts inventory while performing repairs, maintaining an accurate inventory

Update and close repair ticket, using internal systems, with effective and efficient details

Learn and use new processes and procedures as required for repair process

Execute repairs within turnaround times and quality to the clients and organizations standards as agreed

Engage with vendors, customers, and team members with a positive attitude, aligning with the company’s core values

Assist in department cycle counts, escalating discrepancies to leadership

Other duties as assigned by leadership

0-1+ years experience performing iPhone, Android or tablet repairs

Certifications including ACMT, ACiT, iPhone and Google/Android certifications

Committed to staying current on technology, procedures and training for manufacturers

Comfortable with written and verbal communication

Reliable and maintains regular and punctual attendance

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, or the Google Suite
