We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled outbound sales professional with a strong track record of generating qualified opportunities in global markets and engaging senior decision-makers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full SDR process, from prospecting and outreach to qualification and meeting generation, while helping drive pipeline growth for our SaaS and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and target prospective customers across international markets.
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria.
- Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and uncover opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and activity targets.
- Contribute to SDR process improvements and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar sales development role in global markets.
- Strong understanding of the complete SDR lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting.
- Proven experience selling SaaS, AI, or other technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success engaging and booking meetings with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral, professional accent suitable for international business environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI-driven, eCommerce, pricing, or retail technology solutions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
