Job Qualifications:
✅ Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows applications , particularly MS Excel
✅ With basic knowledge or experience in trucking operations
✅ Familiar with shipping line processes is an advantage
✅ Detail-oriented and capable of handling documentation and checking procedures
✅ Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Preferably with experience in logistics, warehousing, or related field
Job Responsibilities:
Perform acceptance and checking of incoming and outgoing shipments
Verify documents and shipment details for accuracy
Coordinate with trucking personnel and shipping line representatives
Prepare and maintain records and reports using MS Excel
Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational requirements
