As a Sales/Product Specialist, you will be the direct link between our client’s premium food portfolio and the country's top chefs and restaurateurs. Your goal is to drive growth through technical product knowledge and aggressive business development.
Products: Raw materials including flour from Italy, wines, coffee beans, concentrated juices from Singapore, gelato bases
Focus: Wholesale distribution of ingredients and raw materials to HORECA clients
Interaction: Primarily with chefs who need these ingredients for their operations
Sales & Business Development: Execute individual sales strategies to grow revenue within the Food Service and HORECA sectors.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, and commercial kitchens.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiation: Handle pricing and contract terms with clients to ensure a win-win scenario that maximizes company profitability.
Product Expertise: Act as a specialist for our F&B lines, effectively communicating the quality, origin, and application of our imported and locally produced items.
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for product placement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and product availability.
Performance Tracking: Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management, ensuring targets are met consistently
Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible for client meetings)
Field-based role with frequent client visits.
Occasional evening meetings due to Italy's time zone coordination
Travel within Metro Manila and the surrounding areas
