Diese Position ist Teil unserer strategischen Initiative Compass 2030 – einem gezielten Investitionsprogramm, das unsere Commercial Organization mit klaren Wachstumsprioritäten, modernen Tools und neuen Fähigkeiten ausstattet. Die Position ist überwiegend remote ausgelegt – Ihr Home Office bildet Ihren primären Arbeitsort. Kundentermine im Vertriebsgebiet sowie gelegentliche Meetings im Medtronic Office ergänzen Ihre Tätigkeit. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt: Eigenständige Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung Ihres Vertriebsgebiets Vertrieb innovativer Patientenüberwachungs- und Monitoringlösungen im klinischen Umfeld – von der Intensivstation bis zur digitalen Fernüberwachung Wertbasierter Vertrieb (Value Selling): klinische Outcomes, ökonomische Einsparungen und operative Effizienz überzeugend kommunizieren – nicht nur Preis Aufbau strategischer, langfristiger Partnerschaften mit medizinischem Fachpersonal, klinischen Entscheidungsträgern und C-Suite Aktive Mitgestaltung der digitalen Transformation im klinischen Umfeld – z. B. Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) und Connected Care Lösungen Präsentation und Implementierungsbegleitung moderner Medizintechnologien inkl. digitaler Health-Lösungen Selbstständige Planung und Priorisierung Ihrer Vertriebsaktivitäten im Sinne der Compass 2030 Prioritäten Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise in der Medizintechnik oder im Healthcare-Bereich Verständnis für klinische Abläufe und gesundheitsökonomische Zusammenhänge (Health Economics, VBHC, VBP) Affinität zu digitalen Gesundheitslösungen und datengetriebener Argumentation Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Freude daran, neue Chancen zu identifizieren und zu entwickeln Teamplayer mit hoher Eigenverantwortung Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
