General Manager – B2C SaaS (Fully Remote)
The General Manager will play a critical leadership role across revenue growth, product development, operations, and company scaling initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in small, startup-like environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges hands-on, and has proven experience scaling SaaS businesses. The role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO, influence company strategy, and potentially grow into a future CEO position.
Revenue & Growth (Primary Focus)
Drive sustainable revenue growth across B2C SaaS and self-serve B2B products
Retention & Monetization
Scaled teams from approximately 10–20 to 30–40+ employees
Supported ARR growth.
Technical & Leadership Fit
Comfortable working closely with engineering and technical teams
Strong communication with technical stakeholders and customers
Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset
Comfortable in lean, fast-paced startup environments
Also open to candidates aligned with European time zones
Fluent English communication skills (C1+)
Strong leadership and operational capabilities
Experience in PLG-led SaaS environments
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
