Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization
Communicate safety programs to ensure shared understanding
Train, coach, and guide teams on safety best practices
Monitor compliance and resolve nonconformance issues
Support leadership in accident prevention and risk mitigation
Conduct risk assessments across facilities, tools, and workflows
Lead audits, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions
Maintain and enhance systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in safety and environmental roles
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations in manufacturing environments
Experience developing and managing safety systems
Hands-on problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
