Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end understanding of funds flow, strengthening reconciliation and control frameworks, and supporting business scalability across entities and markets. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial processes remain scalable, compliant, and operationally effective as the business evolves.

You Will

Own and maintain an end-to-end understanding of funds flow across products, partners, and entities, ensuring proper reconciliation and visibility across the ecosystem;

Develop and maintain holistic reconciliation reporting and ensure accuracy across different entities and operational flows;

Strengthen accounting controls and governance frameworks to ensure appropriate controls are maintained and enhanced, especially when introducing new products, processes, or operational changes;

Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Product, Operations, Compliance, Banking Partners, Finance teams) to drive alignment and ensure smooth implementation of financial processes;

Support restructuring and implementation of operational and funds flow setups required for licensing initiatives, particularly in Thailand and future markets;

Support cash flow management, intercompany transactions, settlements, and financial reporting requirements;

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency projects to enhance reporting quality and reduce operational risks;

Support audits, compliance reporting, regulatory requirements, and ad hoc finance initiatives as required.

Requirements

You Are

At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Reconciliation, Treasury, Payments, or related functions

Strong Excel and data reporting capabilities

Strong understanding of end-to-end funds flow and reconciliation concepts, with the ability to connect processes holistically across systems and entities

Strong accounting and control mindset with the ability to identify gaps and strengthen operational controls

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and levels

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to handling complex situations

Interest in working in a fast-paced fintech environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Strong preference to candidates with experience in supporting licensing setup, financial structure changes, or large-scale operational transformations

Exposure to payment industry operations, banking partnerships, or regulated financial businesses will be appreciated

Beneficial to have strong tax knowledge, including VAT considerations and understanding of tax implications for regulated financial businesses (e.g. SBT-type business structures)

Good advantage to candidates with understanding of company structure design and tax optimization concepts that can support scalable and efficient operating models

Degree in Accountancy is preferred
