What are we looking for?

Skills Required

Minimum 2+ years' experience in MSP administration, Service Desk, or similar roles supporting AU or US clients, including Mac and Google Workspace environments.

Fluent language skills with client facing experience with the ability to provide clear updates, manage expectations, and operate in client-facing environments.

Strong experience in service coordination activities including ticket triage, workflow management, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Experience using HaloPSA tools or similar for ticketing, time entry, documentation, reporting, and service board management.

Experience across key operational functions including agreements, billing, invoicing, procurement, quoting, and sales administration.

What will you do?

Review, assign, and manage tickets to ensure work is progressing and completed on time.

Escalate issues when required and help remove blockers affecting service delivery.

Schedule and reschedule work to the appropriate team members and help identify devices requiring replacement.

Accurately enter time daily and maintain clear notes with updates and next steps.

Review timesheets weekly to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company processes.

Communicate with clients by phone, email, and chat to provide regular updates on tickets and projects.

Deliver clear and easy-to-understand information while helping clients follow best practices and processes.

Support agreement management, billing reviews, invoice approvals, and monthly reconciliations.

Assist with procurement tasks including ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and sourcing replacement items.

Prepare quotes, proposals, reports, and routine sales administration tasks.

Assist in coordinating project work by tracking progress, communicating with clients, and supporting project teams.

Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company standards.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure tickets, billing, and operational tasks are kept up to date.
