Manager - Financial Reporting

We are hiring a Financial reporting and Consolidation analyst with strong expertise in multi-currency consolidation, financial statement preparation, and monthly reporting while ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multi-currency consolidation for global entities and ensure accuracy of consolidated financial results
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP
• Manage monthly financial reporting processes, including variance analysis and management reporting packs
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards
• Support external and internal audits by preparing schedules and providing required documentation
• Coordinate with regional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions
• Assist in implementing and improving financial reporting and consolidation processes
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting timelines
• Collaborate with FP&A and business stakeholders on reporting and financial analysis requirements
• Support system enhancements and automation initiatives related to reporting and consolidation

Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualified CA

• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting and multi-currency consolidation
• Experience preparing financial statements and monthly reporting packages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Location - Mumbai
