The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding partnerships within the travel and leisure industry. The role focuses on corporate and consumer market development, account management, and strengthening the company’s presence across travel, hospitality, and related sectors through strategic sales initiatives and field engagement.
Develop and execute business development strategies targeting corporate clients, travel agencies, leisure groups, and industry partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders within the travel and hospitality sector
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client and partner network
Manage and grow assigned B2B and B2C accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and drive account growth
Attend industry events, trade shows, networking activities, and field engagements to generate leads and increase brand visibility
Prepare business proposals, presentations, contracts, and account reports
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and expansion opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and service delivery
Represent the company professionally during client interactions, fieldwork, and industry engagements
