HIRING: CAD Operator
📍 LOCATION: BRGY. VILLAMONTE, BACOLOD CITY
🏢 FULL-TIME / OFFICE-BASED
⏰ CAN START ASAP
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Drafting Technology
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting required)
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD software is an advantage
• Able to interpret engineering and architectural drawings
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing drawings and shop drawings is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (experience is an advantage)
• Willing to conduct site visits and measurements when necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and revise CAD drawings based on project requirements
• Produce as-built drawings and shop drawings
• Coordinate with engineers and project personnel regarding drawing revisions
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation
• Assist in project drafting and design development
Preferred Skills:
• AutoCAD 2D & 3D proficiency
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing layouts
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and standards
• Good communication skills
