Finance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Financial Manager to lead our financial strategy and ensure our operations remain fiscally sound. This is a pivotal role within the bank that combines strategic thinking with hands-on financial management. You will work closely with executive leadership to guide budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance, playing a key role in the bank’s growth and sustainability.

Requirements

Lead and manage the overall financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function of the bank.

Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Monitor banking operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory frameworks.

Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.

Coordinate and manage annual budgeting processes and long-term financial planning.

Advise the senior management team on strategic financial decisions.

Ensure timely and accurate tax and statutory reporting in coordination with external auditors and tax consultants.

Conduct financial risk assessments and propose measures to mitigate them.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and auditors.

Supervise the finance team, fostering professional growth and a results-driven culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is a plus).

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the banking sector.

Solid knowledge of financial regulations, banking operations, and risk management.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced MS Excel.

Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
