The job description is as follows:
SALES MERCHANDISER
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the effective distribution, visibility, and promotion of company stores across commercial accounts. This role oversees stock inventory and replenishment, monitors product displays, and ensures merchandising standards are consistently met.
SALARY: PHP 18,000 - 20,000 / month depending on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities of a sales merchandiser include but are not limited to the following:
Assigned Store Responsibilities
Ensures that shelves of assigned store are properly stocked and displayed
Handles the assigned store’s inventory levels and creates inventory reports for the monitoring of the sales performances of products
Monitors sales, losses, stock wastage and damage
Marketing Responsibilities
Pushes products in-store to meet sales targets.
Participates in marketing events
Customer Feedback and Competitor Analysis Responsibilities
Reviews and reports customer feedback to supervisors in order to forecast sales trends and seasonal stock demand
Conducts competitor analysis which includes a review of pricing, profit, marketing and other progress.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Working experience in merchandising and promotion, preferably in a related industry (pet/animal products) is REQUIRED (may experience sa mga pet/animal products)
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Maintains a professional and well-presented appearance
Exhibits a proactive and optimistic approach to work
Goal-oriented, Results-driven and proactive in achieving sales goals.
