Contracts Manager

Job Description

Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts (preferably Yellow, Red books) and their practical application.

Proven experience in claims preparation, negotiation, and resolution.

Should be able to drive Change management processes

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex correspondence

Understanding of site related construction issues, maintain correspondence with concerned parties and ability to provide timely advice to the Client

Ability to work with project stakeholders to drive issues to closure

Understanding of tendering and procurement cycle including compiling the contractual documents

Qualifications

• B.E. Electrical/Mechanical/Civil
• Industrial, commercial building experience
• NICMAR / equivalent would be an added advantage
