Location: Doña Pilar Ave., Buhangin, Davao City, Davao del Sur

Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue monthly billing statements to unit owners.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collection status.
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing concerns.
• Record and reconcile payments accurately.
• Maintain tenant/unit owner billing records.
• Generate collection and aging reports.
• Coordinate with property management on account-related matters.
