Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Behavioral Science, or related field
✅ At least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Discipline Management
✅ Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and disciplinary case management
✅ Experience handling employee concerns, investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution
✅ Strong communication, counseling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Highly organized, analytical, and able to maintain confidentiality
✅ Experience in labor litigation (DOLE/NLRC) is an advantage
