We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Dispatcher to coordinate daily delivery operations and ensure timely and efficient service for our clients.
✅ Qualifications:
• High School, Vocational, or College Graduate
• At least 2–3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or delivery operations
• Familiar with Metro Manila roads and routes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer skills required
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and monitor daily deliveries
• Assign installers, drivers, and delivery assistants
• Coordinate with Lalamove, Transportify, and trucking providers
• Handle delivery documents and dispatch instructions
• Monitor delivery status and resolve operational concerns
• Work closely with the Operations Team for smooth daily activities
