Our German commercial team is seeking a Business Development Team Lead (f/m/d) to build and lead our BDR team in Berlin. In this role you will be instrumental in accelerating Moss's sales growth by mentoring and coaching team members to deliver outstanding results.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape, coach and mould the exciting Business Development team who are at the forefront of Moss’ continued expansion, scaling this team up to 8 members as we continue our growth. You will impact not only your team's development into a market leading sales team, but in achieving our revenue goals.
