We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Staff to oversee and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, maintain accurate records, and provide support to management and staff.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally
Maintain filing systems, records, and databases
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, documents, and internal communications
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases
Assist management with administrative and clerical tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an Administrative Staff or similar role
Accounting work experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
