Qualifications:
✅ With experience as a Telephone Operator, Receptionist, or related role is an advantage
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Knowledgeable in handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally
✅ Computer literate and familiar with basic office applications
✅ Can work with minimal supervision
✅ Willing to work on shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Relay messages accurately to concerned departments or personnel
• Provide information and assistance to callers
• Maintain proper call records and logs as required
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management

✅ Physically fit and able to perform manual work
✅ Willing to work overtime and on-site when required
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform carpentry and repair works as assigned
• Install, assemble, and maintain wooden structures and fixtures
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety procedures
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Perform other duties related to carpentry and maintenance
