About the role

DeepJudge is a founder-led company. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to work with our CEO and the wider C-Level team. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks in our CEO's world: calendar, inbox, commitments, and team needs. This role is built on trust, precision, and quiet excellence.

We are a high-growth technology company, and there will be an opportunity to expand this role into a permanent full-time role. If you want to be the force multiplier behind the leadership of the #1 AI scaleup in Switzerland, this is your shot.

Your responsibilities will include

• Manage our CEO's and the extended C-Level's calendars and inbox, ensuring efficient scheduling and smooth coordination across conflicting priorities, making judgment calls on what deserves attention while protecting everybody’s time
• Take care of the operational details and administrative workflows: travel arrangements, scheduling, logistics and the hundred other things that keep the executive team’s work life running
• Take care of company correspondence and administrative requests from the team, including interfacing with authorities and external partners
• Help bring team events to life and keep office operations going
• Handle sensitive information with complete discretion

You're a great fit if you

• Have demonstrated expertise as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative/tactical role in a deep-tech startup or fast-paced environment
• Have excellent command of English and German
• Are trustworthy, diligent, and reliable at the highest level, know when to execute and when further clarification is needed, and navigate sensitive dynamics with grace and good judgment
• Genuinely love the craft of executive support and are fluent in modern productivity tools. You find deep satisfaction in designing and running bulletproof processes that make someone else dramatically more effective without needing the spotlight
• Enjoy working on-site in our Zurich office (5min from Zurich main station)
