Ready to do work that actually excites you?

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to partnering with stakeholders and driving successful placements within the AU market. You will play a key role in shaping hiring outcomes, working closely with clients and stakeholders, and contributing directly to business growth. Success in this role requires a strong growth mindset, a purpose-driven approach to recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and the resilience to consistently deliver results.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to offer stage.

Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, and other tools for AU-based roles.

Engage and qualify candidates through in-depth interviews and assessments.

Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.

Drive candidate processes independently, including interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiations.

Maintain and nurture talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Track recruitment activity, performance metrics, and pipeline progress.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes and processes.

Support and mentor junior team members or Recruitment Associates where needed.
