Job Overview - Incident Manager The Incident Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating, documenting, and communicating during incident resolution. Key responsibilities include: Facilitating the Incident Process: Initiating and managing incident bridges, ensuring timely updates and escalations. Communication Management: Sharing updates with technical teams, service owners, and end users. Documentation: Maintaining a chronological record of events and decisions.
