What You Will Do

• Be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing technical support.
• Dive into complex issues, diagnosing and resolving them with confidence.

Requirements

Who You Are

• You are fluent in both French (C1) and English (B2) .
• You have a genuine passion for technical problem-solving
• You are interested in renewable energy and sustainable technology
• You are an exceptional communicator who can explain complex concepts simply and clearly

This is a onsite position.

• Our location: Budapest , Váci str. 1-3. , DBH Flex, B building 3rd floor, 1132
• Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break)
• Employment Type: Full-time
