WARRANTY PERSONNEL
Job description:
Responsible for warranty Claims processing
Receiving and processing all customer complaints regarding warranty.
Responsible for warranty claims database monitoring.
Explains warranty/policy prior to the release of the unit.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's/College Degree in automotive technology is an advantage but not required
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
Computer Literate (PDF, Microsoft Word, or Excel)
Willing to be assigned in Kia Mandaue
Can start IMMEDIATELY
