As an RVP, Large Market Sales, you'll own a defined territory and be responsible for building strategic relationships with self-insured employers representing 7,500-29,999 covered lives. This isn't just about hitting quota—it's about becoming a trusted advisor who helps HR and Benefits leaders solve one of their most expensive challenges: musculoskeletal pain. You'll architect complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, navigate objections with creativity, and close deals that directly impact our mission to help people move beyond pain.
