At Hinge Health, we’re transforming how 20+ million people access musculoskeletal care through AI-powered, human-centered solutions - and our R&D organization is the engine behind that innovation.
We’re looking for a Technical Program Builder to join the Office of the CTO and architect the R&D operational engine. This is a unique “builder” TPM role where you won’t just manage processes. You will design and implement the systems, tooling, and AI agents that automate them.
You’ll leverage AI, automation, and smart infrastructure to eliminate manual coordination, reduce operational drag, and enable teams to move faster with clarity and precision. If you have seen program management at complex organizations first hand and found yourself thinking “this meeting could be automated” or “we shouldn’t need a human to track this,” you’ll thrive here.
This role is about building scalable execution infrastructure - not status reporting. You will act as a force multiplier for engineering teams, creating systems that streamline cross-pod coordination and ensure our internal operations are as innovative as the care we deliver to our members.
At Hinge Health, we're using technology to scale and automate the delivery of healthcare—starting with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, which affect over 1.7 billion people worldwide. With an AI-powered human-centered care model, Hinge Health leverages cutting-edge technology to improve outcomes, experiences and costs to help people move beyond their pain.
The platform addresses a broad spectrum of MSK care—from acute injury, to chronic pain, to post-surgical rehabilitation—through personalized, evidence-based care. As the preferred partner to 50+ health plans, PBMs and other ecosystem partners, Hinge Health is available to over 20 million people across more than 2,550 employers. The company is headquartered in San Francisco with additional offices in Montreal and Bangalore.
