Hinge Health values design as a strategic partner in shaping product direction and member experience. As a Staff Product Designer on the Outcomes Pod, you will focus on helping people understand, log, and act on their progress over time. At the Staff level, you will lead large ambiguous problem spaces, shape product vision and strategy with partners, and align senior leaders around a clear design point of view. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and other cross-functional teammates to turn complex, data-rich, emotionally sensitive moments into simple and motivating experiences. We are looking for a designer with strong UI/UX craft, deep product thinking, and the ability to simplify complex clinical data into comprehensible member-facing insights. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape how Hinge Health helps members see progress, stay engaged, and build confidence in their care journey. Hinge Health is building a new healthcare system, one built around the person, with a mission to revolutionize the treatment and prevention of pain and help move people beyond pain. This position provides a unique opportunity to drive high-impact outcomes during a transformative phase of growth. As we scale with 51% year-over-year revenue gains and a member base expanding by over 47% annually, your leadership will be instrumental in sustaining our momentum and shaping the future of digital care.
