HOUSE MANAGER (Mayordoma) (Stay-In)
Location: Davao City
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced HOUSE MANAGER to manage household operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the residence.
Qualifications:
Female
Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Housekeeping, Tourism, or any related course
With proven experience as a Mayordoma, House Manager, Housekeeper Supervisor, or similar position
Knowledgeable in household management, housekeeping standards, and staff supervision
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
Able to manage household schedules, supplies, and personnel efficiently
Physically fit and willing to perform supervisory duties as needed
Willing to stay in
Preferably with references from previous employers
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate household staff and daily household operations
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of the residence
Monitor household supplies and oversee purchasing requirements
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service providers when necessary
Assist in planning and organizing household schedules and activities
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by the employer
