Funciones principales Supervisar la elaboración de reportes de desempeño del portafolio (ventas, facturación, activación, retención, crecimiento, attrition entre otras Analizar tendencias, segmentar clientes y generar recomendaciones accionables para la fuerza de ventas. Coordinar la actualización de tableros y reportes automáticos (Excel, Sheets, SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau entre otros) Asegurar integridad y consistencia de la información en los diferentes sistemas (CRM, bases de datos internas, entre otros) Proponer mejoras en la medición de KPI´s comerciales y procesos analíticos Dar seguimiento a las iniciativas comerciales (activación, retención, ampliación, etc) y medir resultados Ser enlace con áreas de BI, Finanzas y Producto para homologar datos y definiciones Capacitar y guiar a analistas o personal operativo del área Como miembro de nuestra fuerza de ventas, siempre representará los valores de EVO incorporando los más altos estándares éticos y de calidad. Requisitos Licenciatura concluida en Actuaría, Economía, Ingeniera, Administración, Matemáticas o afines Experiencia 3-5 años en análisis de ventas, planeación comercial, inteligencia de negocio o analítica de portafolios Nivel avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets(tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, automatización básica) Dominio de SQL (consultas, joins, filtros, segmentaciones) Conocimientos en herramientas de visualización (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) Deseable experiencia con CRM o plataformas comerciales (Salesforece, HubSpot, Dynamics) Inglés Avanzado Competencias mínimas requeridas Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados Capacidad para traducir datos en insights comerciales Comunicación efectiva con perfiles no técnicos (ejecutivos de ventas) Rigurosidad en manejo de información y control de versiones Liderazgo y gestión de prioridades bajo presión Proactividad para identificar oportunidades de mejora Trabajo colaborativo con distintas áreas Global Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
