As Business Process Analyst, IV and as a part of the Maintenance Management Operations Support team within Operations Support Services, you will support enterprise work management by promoting consistency, improving system effectiveness, and enabling efficient operational execution. In this role, you will serve as a Maximo Work Management subject matter expert, addressing system and process issues while helping streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies. You will partner with Operations, IT, and Business Support to enhance system usability, maintain data integrity, and support a more efficient workforce, with a focus on standardizing practices and leveraging system capabilities to simplify work.

Responsibilities/Expectations

Analyzes existing business processes; assists with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements

Creates and coordinates process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced costs

Applies data analysis and technological skills to fulfil data analysis requests, produce metric reports, and support business decisions using data

Leads multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project success

Drives development of change management activities

Resolve work management and compliance support tickets to ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance processes

Provide training, coaching, and guidance to system users to support proper execution of work management processes and standards

Maintain data integrity by managing equipment and asset information across systems, drawings, and other sources of record

Education/Years of Experience

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and seven (7) years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) years’ experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or other related experience

Other Requirements

Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Preferred: Proficiency with analytics languages (i.e. SQL, Python, etc.) and platforms (i.e. Power BI, Microsoft Access, Oracle, and etc.)
Preferred: Proficiency with process mapping and value stream mapping
Travel up to about 25%
